Chic Living Room

Wise designers that we are, we salvaged “the keepers” in the existing furnishings. We kept the classic window treatments, marvelous antique armoire, hip slipcovered vintage chairs and simple coffee table. For some chic living room splash, we made a great piece of modern art the star of the room pulling a simple color accent from it as well. A hip California berber area rug, mid-century modern chest and 70’s inspired side table work in concert to blend old and new in the most exciting of ways. And the “new” sofa? Think again. Recut and reupholstered. Get out the martini shaker – the guests will be here soon.
