Sexy Wallpaper

No, you didn’t misread that title. Yes, wallpaper has not only come back, but it can be a sexy flourish in a home.

Check out these papers we recently pulled for various projects.

That stunning pinstripe is an actual flannel fabric by Ralph Lauren. Wonderful in a sitting room, a large walk-in dressing room or a gentleman’s study. The other elegant options are faux fabrics from Phillip Jeffries. Imagine them in a master bedroom filled with dark woods, a creamy upholstered headboard and chaise and a large square iron canopy.

We are also currently working on a project that may go leather on the walls…or faux leather. Here are 2 wonderful faux leathers. Either would make a confident statement in a study, a library, game room or living room. Add a dose of black cabinetry and be still my heart. The embossed paper is Ralph Lauren’s Crocodile Red, the softly striated is by Palazzo. SO rich – confident, but not garish.

Memorable design means taking a risk to step outside the box. Just one interesting and unexpected note in a room creates a signature flourish. Distinctive, but without trying too hard.
